Today, I want you to LOVE your body! Spring is Here, well almost, and some people are happy but some are sad because its time to “show off” not “hide” your body.  Begin today to start appreciating, accepting and yes, even loving your body!!!  Let me help you out with 5 Ways to Love your body right now!

*Stop picking yourself apart- I know its “something” you want to change but stop picking areas and focus on your whole body.

*Consider the marvelous functions of your body- You will begin to realize your body isn’t so bad! 

*Get real- The images you see on television, movies and magazines aren’t even real? can you say Airbush Airbush Airbush!

*Change your inner dialogue- It’s been said that we teach others how to treat us, so practice that with yourself. 

*Take CARE of your Body– Diets, pills, quick-fixes, binging, not exercising, over-exercising, all these things disrespect one of the greatest gifts you have been given – your body! You only get one per lifetime, so give it the respect it deserves. You will not only feel better, but you just might become someone else’s role model!
