Rapper Plies recently had lots to say this past weekend backstage at Atlanta’s Birthday Bash 15 including the “sex diet” he went on while recording his new album, Goon Affiliated. Too much information if you ask me, but I guess one must get in where they fit in these days even if that means sharing what goes on in your bedroom to become a bigger star.
