*Keep your eye on YOU! Don’t do the mindless snacking. When you start to grab something unhealthy look in the mirror and think twice

*Stay Sober (well, as much as you can) alcohol is empty calories, dips are empty calories

*Don’t go CRAZY! Enjoy the holiday snacks with portion sizes! Eat what you want just want the portion sizes!

*Give your own holiday party with smart choices and bad choices…mix and match

*Stay moving! Don’t stop working out just because its the holidays

*When your out at restaurants still go healthy

*Just say “No Thanks” its ok to turn down food, or just say “A Little Please”

*Get support from your loved one, your friends as in watch each other!
