*XXLmag.com is reporting that Scarface has been in Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, Texas without bail since Oct. 2010 following charges in four separate child support cases, as well as currently undisclosed federal charges.
The rapper has had to appear before several courts since his initial incarceration.
“He’s gotten transferred to a few jails last year and some of the cases are in different states,” a source told Allhiphop.com. “This whole situation could’ve been avoided.”
Meanwhile, MTV is reporting the unknown federal charges may raise the eyebrows of hip-hop conspiracy theorists.
“The snitch tag has been leveled on Scarface persistently by rapper Lil Troy, who even released a DVD dedicated to the topic,” MTV reports. “However, Scarface has always vehemently denied the rival rapper’s claims in numerous interviews.”
At press time there were no statements from Scarface’s representatives.
