Rapper Charles Hamilton has been quiet over the last few weeks for good reason–he’s still behind bars. Hamilton has been in Cleveland County jail for a felony assault charge since last month. He appeared in court on Tuesday (January 4) and he was referred to a psychiatric clinic. According to a clerk for the Cayuga County Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton will be evaluated in the psychiatric facility to see if he is competent to stand trial.
His next court date is to be determined after the report comes back, which could be a couple of weeks, according to the clerk.

You can say what you want to but Mental Illness is real and certainly wish him well.
