Need a boost, check out these 8 easy tips to increase your energy!
1. Outside– Going outside has been proven that nature and the sun can boost your energy so take a quick walk!
2. SUN! rather you hang out the window or go outside and lay in it, it will help!
3. H2O- Water not coffee helps! add lemon or lime or even strawberrys to spice it up a bit
4. MOVE! do some jumping jacks, go for a quick walk, do something!
5. Try Yoga
6. Power nap– sometimes you really are tired. Take a quick power nap 30 mins or less
7. Caffeine– coffee, green tea, ect..
8. Caffeine nap– Drink a cup of coffee and close your eyes for 15min until it takes effect!
