Customers are not happy. Apparently Sprint massive network outage effect the Midwest cities which include Cincinnati, Chicago, and Indianapolis.
I am a Sprint customer and I haven’t been able to use my phone since 7 p.m. As at 9:30 p.m. My internet is working perfect, I can receive calls, and text messages but I am still unable to make any outgoing calls. Everyone else haven’t been so lucky read more HERE.
My friends with Boost Mobile say their phones are doing the same thing. I didn’t know that Sprint networks were connected to Virgin Mobile and Assurance Wireless.
What are your thoughts?
