Ok, if you’re a hardworking on the go mom like me! You get up at 5am work all day come home to make dinner, help kids with homework, wash dishes, do laundry, clean the house and don’t forgot 1 on 1 time with your spouse! TIRED isn’t the word! So when can you fit time to go to the gym?!? Some days you can but not everyday like you need to, so check out these 6 everyday exercise tips that fits right into your schedule!

* Housework…Yay!!! Ok, so don’t let housework get you down, 40 to 60 minutes of housework not only keeps your house spotless but your getting EXERCISE! make is work for you! grab the broom, the mop, clean those mirrors and windows and get your workout in!

*Walk! Ok with this weather its not that easy but if its not below zero bundle up and get walking! 30 min, 2 mile walk a day is good. Take the kids in a stroller or older kids have them walk with you. Great family time while getting your body pumping. Those in wheel chair, yes you too lets get moving!

*Riding a Bike...30min, 5 miles you can do it! Get your heart rate pumping!

*My favorite…DANCING! put on your favorite tunes and GO! pretend your auditioning for a Beyonce video, give it your ALL! 30 min a day shack it!

*Shovel Snow! With this weather get out and shovel snow, GREAT for arms and legs!

*Steps Steps and more Steps! Rather at work or home or even if you have a stair master!
