You work all day, tend to family/children but do you ever make time for YOURSELF? If so how, how often? Check out these 10 ways to take a little bit more care of yourself, start today! 

1. Get outdoors! Exercise, go for a long walk, look up at the sky, go swimming just relax, get away from people, work and household things

2. YOUR time! Get some alone time for at least 30mins per day. Rather before work, after, on lunch break anytime just get it in!

3. Hobbies-Rather cook, reading, singing, using your creativity do something you enjoy

4. Laugh with friends– Take a break from life stresses and get out and enjoy friends

5. Nap at least 20min a day

6. Reward yourself, go shopping and get yourself something nice you don’t have to spend much

7. Get into your spiritual sense

8. Spa date! Massage date! yes you need it!

9. Eat right– eating healthy guides our day, gives more energy and doesn’t make you feel sluggish

10. Turn OFF your cell phone/computer/tv just disconnect from the world for a while!
