We all have “Bad Habits” some we know, some we don’t! Let me shine a light into 10 common bad habits you’re probably doing now, that you should BREAK!

Habit #1-Ladies..wearing make up to bed! Beyonce admits to doing it and I do as well especially if its perfect but..this can cause irritations and infections so please..wash your face before bed!

Habit #2- Being afraid to throw left overs away! If your kids don’t finish looks who’s finishing it for them?!? This causes weight gain and unnecessary stress just pitch it!

Habit #3-Poor posture! Rather your at the office, driving, home watching tv poor posture/slouching leads to neck and back pain as well as other pains throughout your body

Habit #4- Sitting in the same spot for long period of time! You have to get up and move your body! Stretch, bend your knees!

Habit #5- You love to smile, you brush but don’t Floss! This cause double plaque build up and bacteria. Floss at least once a day!

Habit #6- Sleeping with TV on…GUILTY! Turn tv/computer off, make a regualar bed time in complete silence it impoves your sleep and gives you better rest.

Habit #7- Biting your Nails! GUILTY! can cause cuticle infection called paronychia, meaning…infections!

Habit #8-Doing things while driving! Stop texting, talking on your cell, eating, applying make up, ect… do it before you drive or pull over! Your life matters most!

Habit #9-Not washing your Pillows! You put on a new pillow case, but your actual pillow can still be filled with dust mites and tiny creatures! wash pillows every 2-3 weeks!
