* Ok first…You have to stay Fit and Healthy! think about it, how do you feel when you scarf down those wings or that cheese burger?!? bloated, tired and just BLAH! STOP!!! You must Eat healthy, exercise 4-5 times a week at LEAST for 30min, get good sleep and stop the bad eating/drinking habits. Take care of your mind and body so it can take care of YOU
*Talk Up! Communicate! Talk to your partner, tell him what you want/need. Tell him what you like. Don’t talk at bad times only when its the right time. You will feel so much better!
*Improve Yourself, you have to educate yourself and learn/teach yourself to be able to tell your partner
*Most important…HAVE FUN! Do different things, touch different ways! Be CREATIVE! Get down and dirty!
