Portland Oregan Highway drivers can rest easy and ride freely after Drake’s tour bus reported caused hella delays according to reports. A truck jackknifed on southbound Interstate 5 Tuesday morning, causing all southbound traffic to be diverted for most of the morning commute. The accident happened at around 4:45 a.m. at the split with Interstate 405. It wasn’t cleared until almost 8:20 a.m. The tractor-trailer was carrying equipment for Monday night’s Drake concert, according to Moda Center spokesman Kris Koivisto. The equipment was not damaged and the rapper’s 7 p.m. show will go on as planned. All southbound traffic was rerouted over the Fremont Bridge. Leaking diesel made the cleanup more complicated. The driver was taken to the hospital, though the extent of his injuries was unknown. It remained unclear what caused the accident. (KATU News)
