So apparently the rules for motor vehicles in Cleveland are different than every other city in the united states. Or at least it is to one particular driver who for the last year or so has been driving on the sidewalk to avoid waiting for a stopped school bus picking up a handicapped student. Well today she got a lil surprised when the bus driver took matters into his own hands by recording the incident and having the police ready. Check out the video below. In my opinion she should have gotten a ticket for everyday she was doing it. lol.
