Turn The Lights Out! Now you know the saying, “Turn The Lights On!” After 10 weeks of its debut, Kelly Rowland’s “Motivation” featuring Lil Wayne hits #1 on the Billboard Hip Hop/R&B charts. She knocks Miguel’s “Sure Thing” down a notch, making this her biggest solo single. Meanwhile Beyonce’s single “Run The World (Girls)” has dropped to 76.
