Working out daily but see no change?!?!

In order to continually boost your level of fitness, Jillian says you need to throw your body and brainexercise curve balls.

First, it’s very easy to get bored with the same old routine. To keep things fun and fresh for your mind and body, you need to present them both with new challenges.

Second, the human body adapts to routine pretty quickly, burning less and less energy to complete the same workout, which leads to a plateau. For example, if you do 10 pushups when you haven’t worked out in months, you’ll be sore. But if you do 10 push-ups a day for ten days, you won’t be sore at all by the tenth day.

For daily resistance exercises, try changing your sets, weights, and/or repetitions on a bi-weekly basis. Then, try adding in new kinds of workouts. So if you’ve been spinning, try yoga and so on.
