Workout Wednesday for today is learning how to Tone your tummy ALL DAY LONG!!!
Is getting a flat stomach one of your fitness goals? If it is, I’m going to let you in on a secret exercise that allows you to work your ab muscles all day long. I do tummy tucks when sitting on an airplane, in my car, at my desk and while watching TV!
How: Sit upright in a chair. Hold on to the arms of the chair or a point under the seat of the chair. With your feet together and knees bent, lift your knees toward your chest while contracting your abdominal muscles. Hold for 3 to 5 seconds. Relax and repeat.
