What is the deal? Well, seems many celebs have applied the “Forgive and Forget” philosophy when it comes to Justin Bieber. Apparently Lil Wayne and the Young Money Camp have given the Biebs a pass on using racist remarks too. They say he legitimately adopted the culture of Hip Hop and African American culture.
