Tekashi 69’s sentencing was today for his racketeering case where he faced up to 47 years in prison. His lawyer believed he would be coming home today but the judge denied that saying his crimes were violent and selfish. He got sentenced to 24 months and 5 years probation.
Tekashi 6ix9ine won’t be getting out of jail anytime soon, according to TMZ. Tekashi entered a not guilty plea earlier today (November 26) in court and the judge did give him the date that his trial is set to begin: September 4, 2019. And Tekashi could very well sit behind bars until that date.
