Gary Owen was born in Cincinnati and raised in Oxford along with his six siblings. Gary got his big break in 1997 on Black Entertainment Television's stand-up showcase Comic View. Gary has appeared on several television shows and movies such as Think Like a Man, Daddy Day Care and The Gary Owen Show.
The couple had been married for 23 years and have three children together.
