Snoop Dogg and “premier cannabis media” site Merry Jane have teamed up for the ‘Mount Kushmore Wellness Retreat’ Tour this spring. Celebrating music and “420 wellness.” What started as a two-day festival last year has expanded into a tour of 16 North American cities including a stop in Cincinnati, OH at PNC Pavilion on Thursday, April 27.
