What seems like a musical eternity has finally shown signs of a full fledged return for Philadelphia-bred soul singer Bilal. After a decade-long hiatus, Bilal has been spotted bouncing from every corner of the globe in support of his highly anticipated new release “Airtight’s Revenge,” which is currently available everywhere. Having released the project and filling the void he left behind years ago, many fans are snatching up tickets to his live international shows the moment they go on sale.
This past weekend, Bilal brought his soulful brand of R&B to a sexy, smooth and secluded stage show in our neck of the woods just a few miles up the highway in Indianapolis. The ladies, we hear, went wild while the scarce amount of distinguished gentlemen in the room were caught with their reporter’s pads taking notes on just how an artist like Bilal is prone to treat a woman.
