The Billboard award for Best Female Artist of the year goes to Rihanna! The Barbados beauty gave a different kind of salute to our service men and women to kick off the Memorial Day holiday weekend. She sang a few of her current hits with back ground singers and dancers to enhance her performance. On occasion as the concert commenced the camera’s captured a few parents gaudy glances as she swung her red head while doing the slow wind in front of the early risers.
