After a brief run-in with the law last month, Cleveland Indians outfielder Austin Kearns is now facing DUI charges. The incident took place just a few days before he was scheduled to appear at training camp.
The star athlete was apprehended on suspicion of drunk driving, but the incident was reportedly kept quiet until news stories were published early this week in the Jessamine Journal.
