Joe recently put his Florida home up for sale yet he claims he is not broke and does not have any financial troubles whatsoever. He even dropped the price of the mansion, which was originally priced at $2,399,000 in October 2009, but in December 2009, the price also dropped $400,000, or 16.7 percent, to the price it remains today.
