Coleman’s executor claims Shannon Price is selling photographs of his death.
Price was living with Coleman at the time of his death.
Price says they had planned to renew their marital vows. The couple divorced in 2008.
Price says she found Coleman lying in a pool of blood in their kitchen after hearing what she calls “a big smack.” Coleman died May 28 in Utah from a brain hemorrhage at age 42.
