The marijuana law in Ohio has been rejected at least for now. The reason is because they did not meet the necessary requirements according to Ohio  Secretary of State Jon Husted  “Marijuana Legalization Amendment,” before voters in the November 2015 general election ballot.

Petitioners were required to submit at least 305,591 valid signatures, a number equal to 10 percent of the total votes cast for governor in the most recent gubernatorial election, 2014.

But the Secretary of State’s office said that only 276,082 valid signatures were collected. Wow what are your thoughts on this issue Cincinnati?
