Patricia Lutz, 65 and her daughter Jessica Lutz were walking on Sunday when they were hit from behind by a SUV. Reports say that the driver was arguing with his girlfriend when the crash took place. Although the two were pronounced dead at the scene, 23-year-old, Theodore Rumpke son of the trash service company and Rumpke West and Recycling, has not been charged.
Yesterday, family members gathered at Miami road and Colerain Avenue to mourn their loss.
