Lower Price Hill haven’t been able to access the internet since the internet has become relevant. The City Of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Public School and Powernet have teamed up to make sure they receive free access throughout the community.
They hope that this will eliminate the division between the price hill community, but we’ll see what happens.
