Tracy Morgan Out Of The Hospital And Suing Walmart!!!
Tracy Morgan is out of the hospital and mourning the loss of his friend, fellow comedian, Jimmy Mack! It’s been over a month since the deadly crash in New Jersey on the turnpike. Tracy was hospitalized and is lucky to be alive after a Walmart truck collided with his Limo.
“As a result of Walmart’s gross, reckless, willful, wanton, and intentional conduct, it should be appropriately punished with the imposition of punitive damages,” the lawsuit states.
Walmart claims the accident was a terrible tragedy. They can try to go with that defense in court but we’ll see what the jury decides. Click here for more on this story.
