The ADA will provide a variety of screenings at the 2013 P&G Women’s Empowerment Expo, like the ones below:
- Blood Glucose
- Blood Pressure
- Body Mass Index
- and more! (this is not an extensive list and could change up to the day of the event)
Mobile Mammography
The Jewish Hospital, Mercy Mobile Mammography Unit will also be on location! From 10a-1pm, you may have a screening mammogram—the most common way to detect early-stage breast cancer. Please pre-register today by calling 513-686-3300!
The Jewish Hospital Mobile Mammography Units make screening mammography quick and easy. The self-contained, 38-foot vans are staffed by female radiology technologists who specialize in mammography. The units use the same FDA and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA)-approved equipment as the hospital. Mammograms on the mobile units only take about 15 minutes.
