Hasselbeck adds, It’s a great feeling to help someone (especially first time buyers) through this process – explaining what’s needed with earnest money, inspection costs, FHA vs conventional buying, seeing homes, working thru inspections, scheduling utility transfers, etc As exciting as home buying is, it can also be overwhelming. Buyers , agents and lenders need to connect; a level of trust needs to be built so everyone understands the goal – to find the right house, at the best price, with the right financing and in a timely manner.
This event will encourage developing strong and stable neighborhoods by providing residents and prospective residents the tools they need for successful home ownership.
