NBA champion Dwyane Wade’s former wife, Siovaughn Wade, staged a one-person protest outside of the Daley Center in Chicago today.
Dwyane was granted full custody of their sons Zaire and Zion in 2011. Her sign read: “NBA Miami Heat Star Mother of His Children on the Streets.” Sources says she doesn’t want any of his money or anything from him, she just want her voice to be heard. However, a week before she filled a $1 million dollar lawsuit and charges were “voluntarily dismissed”. Apparently she is upset, because he says that she will live on the street until “justice is served”.
In my opinion, it really isn’t that serious. She is contradicting herself and should be embarrassed. The marriage is over and clearly Dwayne and the kids are happy so the protest is unnecessary. My advice to Siovaughn is to move on with her life. She is a beautiful woman and she should not be living on the street to get attention. I understand she’s upset about Wade owing her money for her endorsement deal, I would be to. However, the case was “voluntarily” dismissed so it is now her responsiblity to get a someone new to endorse her.
