Next comes Jay Z, Tiger Woods, Charlie Sheen all land in the top 10. In the female category former Disney star, Miley Cyrus, followed by Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian, Courtney Kardashian, Amanda Bynes, Kesha and teen mom and porn star, Farrah Abraham fall in the top ten list.
