Despite having produced some of the biggest hits in contemporary R&B, it looks like Mario Winans is having trouble making his child support payments. Winans’ ex and mother of his son is hauling the part-time singer into court because he allegedly owes more than $15,000 in back child support.
The court battle between Mario Winans and his ex, Janel Bennett, has been going on since 2007. And since then, she says that she’s had to have Mario Winans called into court 13 different times for the same reason–he keeps neglecting to pay child support.
