Saturday, December 17 DJ Skillz with a Z and Jade West were on a quest for donations for our Holiday Toy Drive. 101.1 the Wiz along with Urban Active have joined forces for this great cause. Tis the season to be jolly! Fa la la la laaaaaaaaaaa- you know the rest! Most of Santa’s helpers did not want any recognition, not even a FREE membership to the fitness center. Just knowing that their donations will make a difference in a child’s life was enough! For that reason we are forever grateful! Though, our toy drive is still ongoing. We have barrels set up inside of our radio station and we are still in need of more toys. Please make the time to drop off a toy between 9-5pm (through Friday, December 23) and we’ll ensure they will be delivered in time for Christmas to the little ones at Childrens Hospital.
