Now we know why Sheree from The Real Housewives of Atlanta chose not to take her ex to court for child support. She was probably trying to keep herself out of jail. Mediatakeout.com is reporting that she was to sale the couples house after they separated. After which Sheree agreed to split the proceeds. But instead she continued to remain in the home and apparently discontinued paying the mortgage. Evidently the house went into foreclosure. Not to mention her ex, Bob Whitfield gave her a lump sum of $425,000. Although its not confirmed whether or not this was verbal or a written agreement, the courts will have to work out the rest.
