Tamir Rice, 12-year old boy who was shot by police,over a toy gun was surprisingly billed for the ambulance and paramedics who tried to save his life. While playing with a pellet gun in the  parking lot Rice was shot by Officer Tim Loehmann and the grand jury failed to indict him on any of the charges.

The city of Cleveland filed a law suit against the rice family for unpaid bills they say he owes $500.
