A Los Angeles judge has issued a tentative ruling dismissing a lawsuit against Eddie Murphy by an up and coming comedian. Brando Murphy was going around acting as if he is Eddie’s son. Once Eddie was made aware of his antics he sent a Cease and Desist. Brando then sued Eddie for $50million accusing him of Defamation. He also went after the National Enquirer and the Wendy Williams Show for commenting on the story. The judge shut it down! Click here to read the rest of this story.
