Two year old Taishaionna Page was abducted this afternoon at the downtown Cincinnati library around 3pm and later found her around 12th and Central Parkway shortly before 11pm but they need your help to find 18 year old Joshua Harris who police say was seen pushing the girl out of the library in a multi-colored umbrella stroller, Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Cincinnati Police Criminal Investigation Section at 513-352-3542.
