Before there T-Pain, before we ever heard of Drake there was Nate Dogg. He was heard singing the hook or chorus on tracks from across the globe. He was born Nathaniel Dwayne Hale. He was signed to Deathrow records and collaborated with the artists including Dr. Dre, Snoop, 2Pac, Ludacris, Fabolous, 50cent, Eminem, Mos Def, Ghost Face Killa and so many others.
Yesterday we lost a great voice in the hip hop world. Nate Dogg of Long Beach, California passed away at the age of 41. Although he did suffer a massive stroke in 07 followed by another in 2008 he began to show signs of improvement. At this time the cause of death is still unknown.
