Rodney “Supreme” Maybin is a versatile artist known for his impressive work in radio. He’s an expert DJ, an engaging on-air talent, a producer, and a skilled audio engineer. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Maybin fell in love with music early on. By 15, he was already spinning records at clubs in Baltimore, D.C., Philadelphia, and New York.
His talent and hard work have made him a star. He’s performed at big venues around the world, famous for mixing different music styles into exciting performances that keep everyone dancing.
Besides his DJ career, he’s also a charismatic radio host. He’s worked as a program director and on-air talent in cities like Philadelphia, New York, Texas, and North Carolina. He co-hosted the “Amanda Seales Show” and now hosts “The Supreme Experience” on 101.1 The WIZ, Cincinnati’s #1 for Hip Hop and R&B, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM.
Maybin graduated from Delaware State University with a degree in radio and television production, and he’s a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. His commitment and air have made him one of the most respected names in the industry. In his own words, with a touch of his Baltimore accent… “It’s all about the muuusic.”
