If it wasn’t bad enough That T.I. will be Going back to jail for 11 months after just getting home. he’s also being sued by Carl D. Davis. Apparently Davis claims he was supposed to host T.I.’s first “Welcome Back Party” which was supposed to be held at the Birmingham Jefferson Coliseum on May 28th, 2010.
It was stated that he gave T.I.’s reps over $80,000.00 to perform but T.I. announced he wouldn’t be performing at the venue. Now we all know how lately there has been an increase in shady promoters out there advertising that artist will be at certain clubs then they don’t show.
Davis claims this announcement hendered his ticket sales and had fans concerned about the validity of the concert. He goes on to claim that he suffered many illnesses from the stress of the whole ordeal.
Davis claims to have lost over $340,000.00 and wants it back.
