We’ve always known Da Brat to be a tom boy, “funkdafied” and real chill. Have we ever seen her in a skirt? I’d have to really dig for that photo! That’s neither here nor there, because June Ambrose got her hands on the Da Brat to give her a new look for the new year.

When Da Brat was released from prison last year she comfortably went back to her old ways: braids, baggy clothes, and little to no make-up. Preparing for a recent red carpet event, June Ambrose turned Da Brat into Shawntae Harris the grown woman. So, what do we think?
