Winston filed a police report against Too $hort four days after the concert, but police declined to press charges. “Ms. Winston is a hardworking mother who just wanted to treat herself to a fun night out,” said Kenya Winston’s Daniel Dean. “What Too Short did was reprehensible and our goal is to hold him accountable.”
