When it comes to the Grammy Awards is it me or does it appear that more and more Hip Hop and R&B artists are being left out of the annual ceremony? It’s true! Over the course of several years the popular award show have begun to eliminate a genre of music we know and love.
Well the sh** has hit the fan and change is underway. This year takes the cake. Making it even more clear many artists will not receive the recognition they so greatly deserve. Last week the Grammy’s have officially been modified according to theboombox.com. For example in the R&B categories they have went as far as combining the “Best Rap Solo Performance” and “Best Rap Performance for a Duo or Group” into one. It gets worse.
