The US Supreme Court has refused the record company’s appeal in a dispute over royalties from ringtones and downloads. Universal has to pay Eminem and FBT productions which is the company that founded Em before Dr. Dre 50% of all money made from digital distribution. Although they had been paying Slim Shady 12% which is the rate for physical albums. So add it all up… Take your time…. Basically Em is about to get PAID!!!
