Ja Rule Heads To Jail
Back in 2007 he was found to have a loaded gun while riding in a friend’s car, and finallyJa Rule has been sentenced to two years in prison.

The “Always on Time” rapper (real name Jeffrey Atkins) looked worried as he walked out of Manhattan Supreme Court, mumbling, “This isn’t a good day, fellas.”
In July of 2007, Ja Rule was busted with a .40-caliber Taurus pistol as he left the Beacon Theater on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
Once released from his jail time, Ja Rule will spend the following year and a half under supervision by a parole officer.
