Kim Kardashian Wanted Marriage & Four Kids By Now

Kim Kardashian, who turned 30 on October 21, told People Magazine that she had hoped to be a housewife and have four kids by now.

This week’s cover girl talks about life at 30, as both her older and younger sisters, Kourtney and Khloe have each already embarked on the journey of motherhood and marriage, respectively.

Kim, who is now single for the first time in her adult life, said,

“If you were to ask me in high school where I would be at 30, I would have said I’d be a housewife with four kids.”

“There was a time in my life where all I wanted was a relationship, and I thought that was the most important thing.”

“Is it weird that I’m now the single one? It’s definitely a change for me. I have always been the one in a relationship. I like that role, I want that best friend partnership.”

“I might have thought that love was the one thing missing in my life before,” she admitted. “But I don’t think that anymore.”

“Whatever relationship I’ll be in next, I realize I can’t be this work machine all the time.”

If true love doesn’t find Kim, that will be fine too: “If I never find romance or love, that will be okay. It’s what I want- but it doesn’t define me.”
