Katherine Jackson, who is the guardian of MJ’s three children has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the promoter of a concert series her son was supposed to give in London in 2009.
Katherine charged AEG for not giving Michael appropriate medical care during rehearsals and for negligence in allowing Dr. Conrad Murray to care exclusively for her son.
