This massive attack resulted in the collapse of the World Trade Center’s twin towers and surrounding buildings, and part of the Pentagon building. The hit, carried out by members of Osama bin Laden’s al-Qaeda terrorist organization, It reshaped the face of the nation and the course of history.

Tupac Amaru Shakur passed September 13, 1996. Shakur made headlines over a string of run-ins with the law, and in 1994 he was robbed and shot five times. He recovered and in the next year released the successful albums Me Against The World and All Eyez on Me. Mixed up in a complicated feud with fellow gangsta rappers, Shakur was was shot several times in Las Vegas and seven days later died on September 13th 1996 at 4:03 PM.
